About Me

My name is Adesola but I also go by Yeti and I am trained community doula. Outside of my training, I have previous experience supporting family and friends through different parts of their birth journeys. I am a born and raised Southern California resident and am honored to serve birthing families in the Inland Empire in person and families throughout the state virtually. I view birth as a very sacred experience and honor the unique desires and needs of each family I serve. My faith informs a lot of what I do and how I do it.

Practice Philosophy

I tailor my support depending on families needs and desires. Some mamas have great postpartum support or cultural practices so on prenatal and birth. Other families may have needs for only postpartum. Then some desire support for the entire journey. I like to be flexible
