About Me

I am a trained community doula serving families in Southern California for the past two years. I am a birth and postpartum doula and serve families during various stages of their perinatal journey. My core belief is that having support during pregnancy, labor and/or postpartum is key to restore empowerment, joy, hope and trust for birthing families. Every family's doula support may look different but it all boils down to being heard, getting connected to resources and being empowered to rock parenthood.
