Hi, I'm Ale! I'm a queer Xicana birth worker and mami of two kiddos. I've been part of the reproductive movement for over 10 years, and I understand my doula practice as a form of spiritual activism. This work is truly my calling.
I serve the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and heart - weaving together healing, activism, and evidence-based practices. I practice Traditional Mexican Medicine, carrying cultural teachings from Indigenous midwives, including wisdom around nutrition and postpartum care, into the support I offer.
My approach to birthwork is trauma-informed and whole-person, with attention to the body, mind, spirit, and heart. I understand my doula practice as a form of spiritual activism, shaped by more than a decade in the reproductive movement.
I weave together Traditional Mexican Medicine, healing, activism, and evidence-based practices into prenatal childbirth education and postpartum care. I carry cultural teachings from Indigenous midwives, including wisdom around nutrition and postpartum recovery, into the support I offer each family.
Overall, my goal is to honor you as a whole person, body, mind, spirit, and heart, blending ancestral wisdom with evidence-based care so you feel supported, empowered, and deeply seen throughout your journey.
