Hi, my name is Alicia Davalos. I am a traditional birth keeper, community doula, and herbalist rooted in Indigenous wisdom and Earth-based care. With over three years of experience supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss.

Alicia Davalos is a traditional birthkeeper, community doula, and herbalist rooted in Indigenous wisdom and Earth-based care. She supports families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss, blending traditional practices with Western medicine for holistic, informed care. This work is truly her calling.
My philosophy is simple and ancestral: tend to the mother to nourish the village. I believe it takes a village to tend to the mother, so that the baby may thrive, and I see my role as part of that village, holding families with care rooted in Indigenous wisdom and Earth-based practice.
My care is guided by four simple commitments: to be present, to listen, to educate, and to nourish. As a traditional birthkeeper, community doula, and herbalist, I blend traditional practices with Western medicine to offer holistic, informed care through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss—meeting each family with both ancestral wisdom and grounded knowledge.
Overall, my goal is to nourish the mother so the whole family and the wider village can flourish, honoring the sacredness of this passage every step of the way.
