Hi, my name is Alicia Davalos. I am a traditional birth keeper, community doula, and herbalist rooted in Indigenous wisdom and Earth-based care. With over three years of experience supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss—and more than seven years working with herbal medicine and women’s health—I offer deeply holistic, culturally grounded care across hospital, home birth, and birth center settings.
I specialize in fertility support through plant-based protocols, womb massage, and Mayan neuro sacral therapy to support hormonal balance and conscious conception. My postpartum care is inspired by ancestral traditions such as la cuarentena, belly binding, herbal baths, and closing of the bones ceremonies, all designed to restore strength, nourishment, and balance during the sacred postpartum window.
I also provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for miscarriage, loss, and abortion, offering herbal protocols, ceremony, and emotional care to support healing and closure. My philosophy is simple: tend to the mother to nourish the village. It takes a village to care for the mother—so the baby may thrive. Be present. Listen. Educate. Nourish.
