Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a certified birth doula, proud mom, and passionate advocate for helping women feel supported, confident, and seen throughout their birthing journey. My own experience as a mother—and my years of working with families in social services—showed me how powerful the right support can be during life’s most transformative moments.

Before stepping into birth work, I spent years supporting families through housing, parenting, and community programs in Sacramento. My background in social work taught me the importance of meeting families where they are, honoring their stories, and providing care that’s both heart-centered and informed.

As a doula, I bring a calm and nurturing presence to every birth. Whether you’re preparing for a hospital delivery, home birth, or cesarean, I’m here to help you feel informed, respected, and empowered in every decision. Together, we’ll create a birth experience that reflects your strength, your voice, and your vision.

When I’m not supporting families, I’m usually spending time with my daughters, attending local community events, or helping others through my work. I believe birth is not just about bringing life into the world—it’s about helping women realize the power they’ve had all along.
