Her approach blends evidence-based information with hands-on techniques such as massage, positioning, breathwork, TENS, and rebozo. Anastasiya is dedicated to supporting client autonomy, facilitating clear communication with medical teams, and creating a calm, supportive birth environment.
She also incorporates holistic practices, including aroma oils and traditional postpartum care, and works with both English- and Russian-speaking families."
