Hi, my name is Anna. For the past 13 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood through my work with the WIC program.

Hi, I'm Anna! For the past 13 years, I've had the honor of supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood as part of the WIC program. In that time, I've learned something powerful: when a woman feels truly seen, supported, and cared for, her entire experience shifts; she becomes more confident, more connected, and more able to embrace her own strength. This work is truly my calling.
My work as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) has deepened this understanding even further. Supporting mothers during one of the most vulnerable and transformative times of their lives has shown me how essential consistent, compassionate, evidence-based care really is. I've witnessed the difference it makes when someone feels heard and held, and how isolating it can be when that support is missing.
My passion lies especially in supporting families through the vulnerable and significant postpartum period. As a mother myself, I know how overwhelming those early days can feel, and how deeply a nurturing presence can impact healing, bonding, and overall well-being for mothers, their babies, and their loved ones. I believe the postpartum phase deserves far more attention, gentleness, and guidance than many families receive, and it's my mission to change that, one family at a time.
Becoming a doula is a natural extension of the work I've devoted myself to for over a decade. My approach is grounded, steady, and nurturing, and I'm here to be the consistent, trusted presence that helps you feel informed, supported, and never alone on your journey into parenthood.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every family deserves respectful, compassionate, and individualized care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I center my support on informed choice, emotional safety, and consistent presence, meeting each family with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experiences.
I offer evidence-based education and hands-on support while honoring personal preferences, cultural traditions, and each family's unique values. Drawing on my years in the WIC program and my work as an IBCLC, I bring both knowledge and a steady, nurturing presence to every family I serve.
I'm especially committed to supporting families through postpartum recovery, helping them feel nurtured, confident, and well-supported as they transition into parenthood. Overall, my goal is to be the consistent, trusted presence that helps you feel informed, cared for, and never alone every step of the way.
