About Me

I am a woman, a mama, and a guide devoted to walking beside families through birth, postpartum, and every sacred transition. My practice was born from love, rest, and the belief that every mother deserves to feel nourished, seen, and empowered.

For 22 years, I worked within Kaiser Permanente alongside incredible obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and midwives, witnessing pregnancy and women in all stages of life. That experience deepened my understanding of both the clinical and emotional sides of care. With the opportunity to retire, I chose to redirect my life’s calling, a practice where I can serve families in a more personal, soulful, and holistic way.
