About Me

Hi, I'm Aria! I'm a full-spectrum doula based in the Bay Area. I support clients with prenatal visits, collaborative birth planning, emotional and hands-on care, advocacy, and gentle postpartum follow-ups. I bring warmth, reliability, and a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to every family I work with.

My philosophy is rooted in evidence-based care, deep trust in each birthing person's wisdom, and a commitment to honoring the unique path of every birth. At the heart of my work is trust in your power, intuition, and voice. I follow your lead by listening closely to your needs, preferences, and intuition while offering steady support, clear information, and advocacy when you need it. No matter where or how you give birth, I'm here to help you feel grounded, informed, and supported.

As a queer doula, I feel honored to walk alongside LGBTQIA+ families and anyone navigating medical mistrust or fear, advocating for your voice every step of the way. I also bring a background in herbalism, offering plant-centered support when desired. My role is to help you feel empowered, respected, and truly held throughout your prenatal, birth, and postpartum experience.
