About Me

Hi, I'm Ariel! I'm an Armenian social justice advocate and Full Spectrum Doula, offering compassionate support throughout your entire birthing journey, from prenatal care to postpartum healing, including abortion care. My work is rooted in reproductive justice, health equity, and trauma-informed care, ensuring all families receive respectful, safe support regardless of their birth experience. This work is truly my calling.

My passion for birth work began when I witnessed my nephew's birth in December 2023; seeing the incredible power of birthing people changed my life forever. Since completing my training and beginning my practice in January 2025, I've brought both sacred reverence and practical education to every client, holding space for the ceremony of birth while making sure you have all the information you need to make empowered decisions.

When I'm not supporting families or studying for my MPH, you'll find me writing poetry, dancing, or enjoying some reality TV!

My philosophy is simple: I let my clients lead. From our very first visit, I work to understand what kind of support you're looking for and what you most want to learn, and I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. You remain at the forefront of your care the entire time.

I'm not here to replace your support person; I simply become part of your village. Rooted in reproductive justice, health equity, and trauma-informed care, I hold space with both reverence and practical education, making sure you have everything you need to feel safe, respected, and empowered to make your own decisions.

Overall, my goal is to walk beside you as a trusted member of your village, following your lead, honoring your choices, and supporting you with compassion through every step of your journey.
