Hi, I'm Arielle!
I'm here for the moments when everything feels new—the deep breath before a contraction, the “wait…is this normal?” questions, the unexpected laugh in the middle of labor, and the beautiful moment when you finally meet your baby.
For the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and those first tender days with their baby. My background as a therapist brings an added depth to my doula work. I understand that birth can be emotional, vulnerable, powerful, messy, and sometimes wonderfully funny—all at the same time.
I believe in holding the whole family. I want birth to feel like a safe place where you can let your guard down and be your most vulnerable, honest, wonderfully imperfect self. You can laugh, cry, swear, ask the same question five times—and never feel judged. Partners matter deeply to me, too. I’m there to support the person giving birth while also helping partners feel confident, connected, and part of the experience.
One of the things I love most about this work is witnessing the transformation that happens as parents are born alongside their baby. I get to watch mothers and fathers meet a version of themselves that is stronger, braver, more tender, and more capable than they ever knew existed.
And then I get to stay alongside that new family as they find their rhythm, discover their confidence, and blossom into the competent, connected parents they already have within them.
I bring warmth, intuition, humor, experience, and a steady presence to the room. It’s an honor to walk beside families as they find their footing, trust themselves, and grow into this beautiful new chapter together.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that birth and the postpartum period are deeply personal, transformative experiences that deserve compassionate, individualized support. My role is not to direct a family's journey, but to walk beside them with steady guidance, evidence-based education, and emotional reassurance.
Overall, my goal is to honor every family's values, preferences, and decisions with unwavering respect throughout their entire journey.
