About Me

Hi, I'm Betsy! After my son's birth, I found myself reeling from just how well my birth journey had gone—especially as I heard so many horror stories from friends and family about their own birthing days. I was appalled for them: so many had been pushed around by hospital staff, steered into unnecessary C-sections, or left completely unaware of the options they had. That's when I became determined to be an advocate for women who want to feel validated and to know they can birth the way they choose. Helping families have a beautiful birth experience is truly my calling.

Having my son empowered me to help other women have the birth of their dreams. I strive for a smooth, calm process, free from stress, judgment, and fear. Whether at home, a birth center, or a hospital, all-natural, medicated, or a planned C-section, I believe women should be able to do things their own way.

My philosophy is simple: because every woman, every birth, and every baby is different, I take pride in supporting you however you choose to proceed. There's no one right way, only your way.

Hospitals can get confusing, and nurses and OBs can get impatient. Let me be your advocate through this journey, a calm, steady presence helping you feel validated, informed, and free from stress, judgment, and fear, whatever setting or birth path you choose.
