Hi, I'm Camille! I'm a maternal and perinatal professional with over two decades of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My certifications include International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Birth Doula, Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypno-Doula, Advanced Newborn Care Specialist, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, Holistic Nutritional Health Coach, and Functional Chef. This extensive training allows me to provide truly comprehensive, holistic support—and my own journey into motherhood has deepened my empathy and expertise in guiding you through this transformative time.
After healing my own autoimmune issues, food intolerances, and strengthening my microbiome, I discovered the profound connection between nutrition and maternal wellness. This led me to found Nourish Meal Delivery, offering organic, gluten-free, dairy-free meals without seed oils, tailored for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and lactation. These high-protein, anti-inflammatory meals incorporate Ayurvedic adaptogens and are safe for diabetics—supporting your health during critical periods. I specialize in fertility and prenatal nutrition and how to avoid postnatal depletion, because I see the patterns between emotions, nutritional issues, and how women experience pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum years.
As a birth advocate, I'm a trained VBAC & Spinning Babies doula passionate about supporting women achieving their VBACs, as well as those with thyroid issues, gestational diabetes, and preeclampsia—whether you're planning a home birth, birth center, or hospital birth. Along with Hypnobabies childbirth education classes, I teach how to Tackle the 4th Trimester, preparing expecting mothers for postpartum recovery through herbs, immediate tools, and newborn advice. My approach centers on staying current with evidence-based information and empowering you to make the best decisions for your unique family's values and parenting style. As a Mom myself, I'm passionate about helping families thrive not only during pregnancy and the first 42 days postpartum, but for the next 42 years.
My approach to birth, prenatal, and postpartum support is rooted in education, nourishment, and empowerment—helping families feel confident and cared for through every stage of the journey.
Along with teaching Hypnobabies childbirth education classes in-person at Doula Moms in Sherman Oaks, I guide families in preparing for the fourth trimester, equipping them with practical tools for postpartum recovery. I focus on helping mothers heal their new, unfamiliar bodies through herbs, nutrition, and immediate support, while also offering newborn care guidance. As a mom myself, I’m deeply passionate about supporting families not just in the first 42 days after birth, but in building a foundation that helps them thrive for years to come.
My work extends beyond birth into fertility and prenatal nutrition, with a strong emphasis on preventing postnatal depletion. After healing my own autoimmune challenges and strengthening my microbiome, I began supporting clients through holistic health coaching and functional meal preparation in their homes during their pregnancies and postpartum periods. My second company was formed by demand of my former clients to cook and deliver meals I had made for them when I had helped them recover. NourishMealDelivery.com came from the insistence of moms I’d helped, and word spread Nationwide to nourish expecting and new moms with organic, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory meals tailored to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and lactation—designed to deeply nourish and restore the body during these critical phases.
As a doula and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer both in-home and virtual support for breastfeeding, pumping, and formula feeding, including challenges like low or oversupply, engorgement, mastitis, and oral restrictions. I also support families navigating thyroid imbalances and insulin resistance, helping them understand how these factors can impact milk supply, energy, and recovery. For those returning to work, I create personalized pumping plans and guide families through milk storage and supply protection.
My background in birth work allows me to take a whole-picture approach—understanding how each unique birth experience can influence postpartum recovery and feeding. I also provide ongoing support through the first year and beyond, including introducing solids, weaning, and teething, ensuring continuity of care.
When it comes to sleep, my approach is gentle and developmentally respectful. I help families create healthy rhythms that align with their baby’s natural abilities, fostering better rest through patience, consistency, and a supportive environment.
As a Functional Nutritionist, I integrate epigenetics into every aspect of care, emphasizing nutrient-dense meals, galactagogues, and essential minerals to support healing and prevent depletion. I strongly believe that prenatal education—especially around lactation—is one of the most powerful ways to build confidence and set families up for success.
Ultimately, my philosophy is to meet you where you are. I’m here to empower—not judge—your choices, while protecting your physical and mental wellbeing, your breast health, and the bonding experience you deserve to create on your own terms.
My goals are to foster confidence in families of all types, and help them succeed in every stage through advocacy, evidence-based information, nutritional support, and emotional guidance. As a birth advocate, I am a trained VBAC & Spinning Babies doula and I’m passionate about supporting women achieve their VBACs, as well those with thyroid issues, gestational diabetes, and preeclampsia – home birth, birth center, or hospital birth. My approach is staying up-to-date on evidence-based information and educating parents, empowering them through their own choices to make the best decisions for their unique family’s values and parenting styles.
