About Me

Hi, I'm Christine, and I'm so glad to support you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey! With almost a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of being part of hundreds of people's lives during their transition to parenthood, some of the most exciting and challenging times of life. I currently provide this care through virtual support.

After my own births, I learned firsthand how important education and support are in preparing for such a life-changing event. I found myself naturally helping others with pregnancy and parenting, and decided to take that calling even further so I could reach more families.

I hold a variety of trainings in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science and a minor in Sociology, all of which deepen the support I offer. I also lived in Mexico for over ten years, where my first child was born, an experience that made me bilingual in English and Spanish (I'm one of the few Spanish-speaking doulas in the Bay Area) and taught me to meet people from all backgrounds with openness and understanding.

When I'm not supporting families, you'll likely find me at home with my family, including my seven kids, or running back and forth to a sporting event. I'm involved in my local church and love connecting with people.

I'm dedicated to helping each person find the care and resources they need, because I believe everyone deserves access to supportive care. I'm grateful for your trust, and I would love to be part of your journey.

Practice Philosophy

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that each person, and each pregnancy, birth, and postpartum circumstance, is unique. Everyone has the right to make the decisions they feel are best for them, and I'm here to support them in that, without judgment. I meet each family right where they are, honoring their background, values, and wishes.

I provide evidence-based information, emotional support, and guidance on physical comfort to help you feel as comfortable and confident as possible. My hope is to help families figure out their own wishes for their personal experiences, and to support them fully in whatever they decide.

Overall, my goal is to help each person find the care and resources they need—because I believe everyone deserves access to supportive, compassionate care as they move through this life-changing journey.
