Hi, I'm Chrysteven of Little Lotus Doula! I support families throughout the Bay Area and surrounding areas as a full-spectrum doula, and this work is truly my calling.

As a mother of six, including twins and a NICU journey, I've experienced both the beauty and the uncertainty that can come with bringing a baby earthside. Those moments taught me how powerful support truly is, and how deeply it matters to feel held, heard, and not alone.

As your doula, I offer a grounded, nurturing presence so you can move through birth and postpartum feeling supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
