Cindy Lopez is a bilingual community doula and mother of two who brings both lived experience and generational wisdom to the families she serves. Having given birth in both hospital and out-of-hospital settings, Cindy understands the diverse paths families take through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Coming from a lineage of midwives, Cindy holds deep respect for birth as a powerful and personal experience. She believes strongly in bodily autonomy and supports families in making informed decisions that honor their values, culture, and birth wishes.
Cindy provides culturally responsive, whole-person care, recognizing that health and well-being extend beyond the clinical setting. Her work centers on the social determinants of health, helping families access community resources, build support systems, and reduce stress during pregnancy and early parenthood.
Through compassionate guidance, advocacy, and connection to community, Cindy strives to ensure that every family feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their birth journey.
