Cindy Lopez is a bilingual community doula and mother of two who brings both lived experience and generational wisdom to the families she serves. Having given birth in both hospital and out-of-hospital settings, Cindy understands the diverse paths families take through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Coming from a lineage of midwives, she carries a deep respect for birth as a powerful and personal experience, and supporting families through it is truly her calling.
Cindy believes strongly in bodily autonomy and supports families in making informed decisions that honor their values, culture, and birth wishes. She provides culturally responsive, whole-person care, recognizing that health and well-being extend far beyond the clinical setting.
