I am a healthcare professional, birth and postpartum doula, and lactation educator dedicated to advancing equity and excellence in perinatal care. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran and native New Yorker now serving Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, I bring a unique blend of leadership, compassion, and healthcare expertise to my work.
Through Roots to Rhythm Maternal Services, I provide inclusive, evidence-based support for families across the reproductive continuum, centering cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and emotional empowerment. With an MBA in Healthcare Management and experience in healthcare operations and quality coordination, I bridge clinical systems with community-centered care.
I am also continuing my education on the path toward becoming a licensed midwife, further deepening my commitment to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I believe everyone deserves a doula because everyone deserves support. Birth and postpartum are vulnerable experiences, and having someone who knows, understands, and advocates for you can make a huge difference. I take a holistic approach and believe parents should have full autonomy over their decisions. My role is to provide support, education, and evidence-based information so families can make the best choices for themselves.
