Hi, I'm Gina! I'm a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator dedicated to helping families navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition with confidence and compassionate support. Over the years, I have supported dozens of births and more than one hundred postpartum families, providing individualized care that meets each family's unique needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based education, trauma-informed care, and a deep belief that every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered, and this work is truly my calling.
My training through Mama Glow has placed a strong emphasis on addressing the Black maternal health crisis and reducing disparities in maternal care. While I proudly support families of every background, I am deeply committed to creating safe, culturally responsive spaces where every birthing person feels seen, valued, and supported. My goal is to help every family feel informed, confident, and never alone, whether they are preparing for birth, welcoming their baby home, or simply looking for someone to walk alongside them.
My philosophy is rooted in nurturing the mother, not just the birth. Birth is one day, but becoming a parent is a lifelong transformation, and I believe exceptional care extends beyond labor to support the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of the entire family. I approach every client with curiosity, compassion, and respect, because no two journeys are the same.
Overall, my goal is to provide steady guidance, evidence-based information, and unwavering support, so every family can make informed decisions and feel empowered every step of the way.
