Hi, my name is Grace, and my own journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood inspired me to pursue doula work and serve families through the profound milestones of matrescence and parenthood.

Hi, I'm Grace! My own journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood inspired me to pursue doula work and serve my community through the milestones of matrescence and parenthood. Most of all, my daughter inspired my decision to step into the birth world. This work is truly my calling, and I look forward to walking with other families through the same inspirational, impactful, and transformational journey.
With a background in Child Development and over 20 years of mindfulness and yoga practice, I integrate nervous system–informed tools with evidence-based guidance to help families move through birth with clarity and confidence. My work is grounded in both professional training and personal experience.
I integrate nervous system–informed tools with evidence-based guidance, offering structured preparation and a steady presence to help families move through birth with clarity and confidence. My work is grounded in both professional training and personal experience, and designed for parents who seek thoughtful, informed, and deeply supported care.
I'm also deeply committed to bringing much-needed diversity into the birth world. It matters to me to represent and support communities who identify with and relate to BIPOC experiences, because everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and championed by someone who reflects their community.
Overall, my goal is to offer thoughtful, grounded, and deeply supportive care, so every family feels prepared, calm, and confident as they move through this transformative journey.
