About Me

​I'm Hannah, the face behind Helpful Hands Doula. I'm a mom of two (ages 5 & soon to be 4) and happily married to my sweet husband for the last decade. I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as a Certified Childbirth Educator. I have over 100 hours of volunteering with nursing mom support groups and I am fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
I focus on creating a nurturing and empowering environment, allowing you to embrace your journey into parenthood with confidence and joy. I am passionate about education and giving resources so you can have true informed consent.
