For as long as I can remember I've possessed a deep empathy and a desire to nurture others. After practicing massage therapy for seven years, I felt called to look for new and more impactful ways to serve and uplift using my skills and intuition. After having had two children of my own, the idea of working with families during their journey to parenthood felt like a natural direction to pursue. I received my certification in 2018 and I haven't looked back since.
As a birth and postpartum doula I strive to offer intentional and evidence based support tailored to you, through active listening and acknowledgement of your personal truths and choices. I aim to become my highest self through service to others while embracing inclusivity and the beauty, complexity, and diversity within each individual and family. I support all families through the entire range of reproductive journeys.
My intention is to bring clarity to your options and all the things you feel uncertain about by normalizing the unknown and offering validation around your fears and hopes, in turn unveiling the inherent wisdom within you. You know how to birth your baby and care for your baby in the way that is best for you, and though pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be unpredictable and doesn’t always go the way you plan for, it is my hope you will be able to look back on your pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum experience as an empowered one.
