About Me
With over a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care in both Afghanistan and the United States, Jamila brings deep cultural understanding and professional expertise to her doula practice. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, she provides culturally responsive care tailored to diverse communities while advocating for each family's unique needs and preferences.
My philosophy centers on listening deeply to each family's wishes and empowering you throughout your birth journey. From prenatal education and emotional support, to creating calm birth environments and providing postpartum guidance with newborn care and breastfeeding, my goal is to respect your decisions and nurture your well-being during this transformative experience.
