About Me
Hi, I'm Jasmine! I'm a maternal and reproductive health advocate, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and owner of Yaya's Hands Perinatal and Lactation Services, dedicated to advancing birth-to-lactation equity. My work centers on uplifting Black and Brown families and ensuring they have the resources needed to thrive.
I serve on the boards of both the Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition and the California Breastfeeding Coalition, where I help lead statewide efforts to expand access to education and culturally relevant care while protecting and promoting lactation. This broader advocacy work informs everything I do—because I believe systemic change and individualized support go hand in hand.
My philosophy is rooted in meeting families exactly where they are. I prioritize open communication, shared decision-making, and individualized care, ensuring each family feels confident and supported from pregnancy through postpartum. Your unique needs, your culture, and your goals guide the care I provide.
