About Me

Hi, I’m Jasmine Wesley, a full spectrum doula. My path to this work began years ago, but it became truly personal after experiencing a miscarriage that reshaped how I see birth, healing, and womanhood. Through that journey, I realized how many women and birthing people go through these sacred transitions feeling unseen or unsupported—and I felt called to change that. As a doula, my purpose is to remind you that you are not alone, that your body carries ancient wisdom, and that you deserve an informed and supported birth experience. I approach every client with a holistic lens—nurturing mind, body, and spirit—so that you feel grounded, empowered, and connected through every stage of your reproductive journey. Because, as one beautiful truth reminds us: your body knows how to birth your baby.

My philosophy is to trust the birthing person's decision making about their body and their baby and support them as best I can with whatever they decide.
