Hello! I’m Jessica (Jess or Jessie). I’m a birth doula serving families throughout Temecula and San Diego, where I live with my wife and our two beautiful children. My journey to birth work is deeply personal - I became a mother at seventeen and now have both a teenager and a new baby we welcomed just this past year!
As someone with roots in the Midwest (southern Illinois) and married to my wife who grew up in Israel, I bring diverse perspectives and cultural experiences to my birth support work.
My unique background as both a young mother and someone who supported my wife through her cesarean birth has given me firsthand understanding of different birth journeys. This experience fuels my passion for helping women of all ages feel empowered and supported, whether they choose home birth, birth center, or hospital settings. Every birth story deserves respect, compassion, and celebration. I’d be honored to be part of yours.
