About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica, though you can call me Jess or Jessie! I'm a birth doula serving families throughout Temecula and San Diego, where I live with my wife and our two beautiful children. My journey to birth work is deeply personal; I became a mother at seventeen, and today I have both a teenager and a new baby we welcomed just this past year. Supporting families through the powerful experience of birth is truly my calling.

With roots in the Midwest, southern Illinois, and married to my wife, who grew up in Israel, I bring diverse perspectives and rich cultural experiences to my birth support work.
My background as both a young mother and someone who supported my wife through her cesarean birth has given me firsthand understanding of how different birth journeys can be. That experience fuels my passion for helping women of all ages feel empowered and supported, whether they choose a home birth, birth center, or hospital setting. I believe every birth story deserves respect, compassion, and celebration, and my goal is to help you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. I'd be honored to be part of yours.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that there is no wrong way to give birth. Every birth is unique and beautiful in its own way, and as both a young mother and someone who supported my wife through her cesarean birth, I understand firsthand just how different each journey can be. That lived experience deeply informs how I support families, with respect, compassion, and celebration for whatever your birth looks like. I'm here to support whatever your vision is, whether you choose a home birth, birth center, or hospital setting. I take the time to meet you where you are, so you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the entire experience, never pressured toward any one path, but encouraged in the choices that feel right for you.
