I am a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally affirming, and inclusive support to families throughout their reproductive journeys. My work centers the belief that every birthing person deserves to feel safe, respected, and deeply supported — especially those navigating systems that have historically overlooked or underserved them.
I specialize in supporting plus‑size parents, LGBTQ+ families, first‑time parents, and those on IVF or fertility journeys, offering care that is affirming, judgment‑free, and grounded in evidence‑based guidance. I also provide steady, informed support for high‑risk pregnancies and families preparing for a VBAC, helping clients feel empowered, confident, and heard in their choices.
As a culturally responsive doula, I honor the unique experiences of Black birthing people and bring a trauma‑informed, advocacy‑driven approach to every interaction. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, celebrated, and supported — emotionally, physically, and informationally — from pregnancy through postpartum.
Whether you’re preparing for your first birth, navigating a complex pregnancy, or building your family through assisted reproduction, I’m here to walk with you, uplift you, and help you step into your birth experience with clarity and confidence.
