About Me

Hi, I'm Keyani! I'm a full spectrum doula and the founder of Mama Earth Haven, offering care that honors the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of the reproductive journey. I support people through fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss, postpartum, and the early parenting transition with a grounded and compassionate presence. My approach is heart-led and relationship-based—I believe care should feel warm, grounding, and deeply human. At the heart of my support is emotional safety. I help families process big feelings, navigate uncertainty, build confidence, and feel supported in their choices without pressure or agenda.

During pregnancy, I focus on building trust and helping you feel informed without feeling overwhelmed. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, naming fears, and leaning into your intuition, knowing you are supported every step of the way. In birth, I show up calm, steady, and adaptable—trusting the unfolding of the experience while honoring that birth can be unpredictable and emotional. No matter how a birth looks, my goal is always for you to feel supported, respected, and never alone. I offer grounding, comfort, reassurance, and presence through every shift and transition.

Postpartum is where I slow everything down. This season is tender and often under-supported, and it deserves patience and care. I focus on rest, nourishment, emotional support, and helping families find their rhythm without pressure or judgment. Rather than directing or fixing, I focus on being a consistent, calming presence and a thoughtful guide as you move through transformation. Mama Earth Haven exists to be a soft place to land during one of life's biggest transitions—moments that are tender, powerful, and life-changing.
