Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a warm, intuitive doula who felt called to birthwork as my true life path. Supporting families through pregnancy and birth is both my passion and my purpose. I believe deeply in service with love, and I bring a calm, grounding presence to each birth so families feel truly seen, supported, and cared for.

As a postpartum doula, I'm also passionate about supporting families after birth; I have experience helping mothers and babies both short-term and long-term. Whether you need a few days of guidance or several weeks of nurturing care, I'm here to help your family transition with the support, guidance, and empowerment you deserve.

I love beginning with a strong foundation of trust and preparation - through prenatal visits, body balancing, and home checks - so that by the time labor arrives, you feel ready and at ease.

During birth, I'm there to offer continuous emotional and physical support, helping you feel empowered and confident throughout your journey. As a postpartum doula, I also walk with families after birth, whether you need a few days of guidance or several weeks of nurturing care—helping mothers and babies transition smoothly, both short-term and long-term.
