

Marissa Haro is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and dedicated birth and postpartum doula with a strong foundation in maternal–infant care. She brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and compassionate support, allowing her to confidently guide families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. Supporting families through this transformative season is truly her calling.
Marissa has completed advanced lactation education through an IBCLC-aligned program, integrating evidence-based feeding support into her care to help families navigate breastfeeding, combination feeding, and early newborn challenges with clarity and reassurance. She is also completing formal training in childbirth education, further strengthening her ability to prepare and empower families for the birth experience.
With hands-on experience supporting hospital births and postpartum recovery, Marissa prioritizes creating a calm, supportive environment where families feel safe, informed, and respected. Her approach is rooted in trust, cultural sensitivity, and individualized care, ensuring each family receives support that aligns with their values and goals. Above all, she is passionate about empowering parents with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to thrive during one of life's most transformative seasons.
