About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle Reina Wilkerson, the heart behind Doula de Las Flores! I'm a birth doula, herbal enthusiast, and a mama of two with a deep passion for supporting mothers through every layer of their birthing journey—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe birth is sacred, and that every woman deserves to feel safe, seen, and deeply supported as she brings new life into the world. Rooted in my love for plants and herbs, I bring an earthy, calming energy to each birth space—helping mothers connect with their intuition, their bodies, and the natural wisdom within them.

I take a holistic approach with a whole lot of evidence-based support. My love for plants allows me to have a desire for healing, and I believe in taking care of the birthing person so they can take care of their baby. My next step is becoming a midwife, continuing to learn and grow so I can serve families even more deeply. Every birth reminds me why I do this work—to nurture women in one of the most powerful transitions of their lives.

When I'm not supporting women, you can find me tending to my crazy amount of plants, blending herbs, or spending time with my family—the flowers that inspire me.
