Motherhood is what first threw me into the throes of what that journey really means, and it's this firsthand knowledge, paired with my relentless curiosity about the miracle of birth and the transition into parenthood, that led me to become a birth and postpartum doula.
I'm also a mama myself, to three amazing kiddos! When I'm not cheering them on at soccer practice, you'll likely find me tending to my ever-growing houseplant collection or taking care of myself at the gym. My goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
My philosophy is rooted in a belief that bringing my own kiddos earth-side became my superpower—and it's my mission to ignite that same fire in the families I work with. I believe that starts with judgment-free informational and emotional support, and with parents taking back control of how their labor and postpartum experience goes by making informed decisions about what's best for themselves and their growing family.
I truly believe it's not just the infant who is born; you are born too. The transition into parenthood is its own profound transformation, and it deserves just as much care and tenderness. So as you get acquainted with this new place called parenthood, my role is to nurture and support you with steady, judgment-free presence every step of the way.
