Hi, I'm Natasha, a certified birth doula, birth photographer, and birth videographer serving families across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Amador Counties! My work is centered around helping families prepare for birth through the body. I believe birth begins long before labor, which is why I focus on body-based preparation, nervous system regulation, prenatal education, and trauma-aware support to help every family feel safe, confident, and connected to themselves, and this work is truly my calling.
Whether a family is planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a VBAC, a planned cesarean, or a home birth, my role is to support their choices, help them understand their options, and create a space where they feel respected, heard, and empowered.
Alongside doula support, I professionally document birth stories through photography and videography. Every doula client receives a complimentary mini birth photo collection of up to fifty professionally edited photographs to preserve the first moments of their baby's journey into the world. My goal is to help every family discover the strength they already carry within them, trust it, and feel supported every step of the way.
As an additional offering for my doula clients, I provide a complimentary mini birth photography set, including 10-15 professionally edited images capturing meaningful moments from your birth story.
Photography is offered only when circumstances during the birth allow and never interferes with my primary role as a doula.
My philosophy is grounded in helping women prepare not only their minds, but also their bodies for birth, building trust in themselves, deepening their connection with their bodies, and stepping into birth not from a place of fear, but from a place of confidence, curiosity, and inner strength. I truly believe that preparation matters.
Prenatal work holds incredible potential to transform a birth experience, yet it is often underestimated. True preparation happens when knowledge becomes embodied. This understanding continues to inspire my interest in body-based and trauma-informed approaches, which I look forward to integrating more deeply into my practice as I continue to grow.
Overall, my goal is to help every woman feel embodied, confident, and truly prepared as she steps into her own unique birth experience.
