About Me

I’m a certified doula with a deep passion for supporting families through one of the most sacred and transformative times in life. I became a doula because I truly love walking alongside birthing people and their families during the journey from preconception through postpartum. This work is more than a career to me; it's an honor and a calling. Every birth, every story, and every family I serve reminds me why I do what I do.

As a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early days of parenthood. My role is to hold space, offer reassurance, and help you navigate your options so you can make informed, empowered decisions, always without judgment. My care is rooted in evidence-based practices and personalized to meet the unique needs of your family, as a whole unit.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, welcoming your baby, or adjusting to life postpartum, I’m here to nurture, support, and uplift you every step of the way.
