Hola, I'm Nicole! I'm a Latine bilingual full-spectrum doula supporting families across the reproductive spectrum. From conscious conception, fertility guidance, birth support, postpartum care, or loss/bereavement companionship — this work is truly my calling.
I have a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology, I'm trained as a clinical herbalist, traditional bodyworker, lactation counselor, and placenta specialist, which allows me to bring a deeply holistic, multi-dimensional approach to the families I serve.
I practice with a holistic lens, deeply honoring the emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural dimensions of each experience. I believe that every reproductive journey deserves to be held with compassion and respect, because when a person feels safe, heard, and physically cared for, they can move through life's most significant transitions with power and grace.
I provide non-judgmental emotional support for all experiences, including miscarriage, loss and abortions. My commitment is to foster a warm, non-judgmental and understanding space where you can process these transitions without shame.
I believe birth preparation should mirror the birth experience itself: calm, intentional, and empowering. Together, we build your "tool belt", crafting birth preferences, understanding labor physiology, integrating rituals like breathe work and visualization to ground the nervous system, and learning comfort measures so you feel safe and capable in your body. During labor, I serve as your emotional anchor and a guardian of informed consent, offering continuous physical support through grounding techniques and breathe work, helping your partner stay deeply engaged, and maintaining open communication with your medical team so you always feel empowered.
I view the postpartum period as a sacred window for deep bonding and healing, and I approach your recovery as a ritual with reverence, blending practical skills with physical and spiritual nourishment. That can include guidance on infant massage, baby wearing, and feeding; healing herbs and warming foods to restore your body; and intentional bodywork when appropriate. Overall, my goal is to create safe, nourishing spaces where you feel held with compassion and respect through every transition, no matter how your journey unfolds.
I enjoy supporting families from all walks of life, however I have the most experience supporting BIPOC Families, LGBTQ+ Families, IVF, Single Parents, Teen & Young Parents, Families Navigating Abortion, Families Navigating Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss, Families Navigating Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR).
