About Me

Hi, I'm Rose! I am an intuitive healer who loves supporting others in connecting with their bodies and the natural world. Since 2014, I have devoted myself to studying plant medicine, embodied movement, massage therapy, somatic therapy, and birth-work. I live in service to my community as a bodyworker, somatic guide, and full-spectrum doula. I live on unceded Southern Pomo and Coastal Miwok land, also known as Sonoma County. I identify as white, Jewish, Italian, cisgender, female, queer, and currently non-disabled.

My birth doula practice is rooted in inclusivity, respect, and the belief that all birthing people deserve to feel safe, seen, empowered, and celebrated. I love to bring trauma-informed, compassionate, embodied care to both home birth and hospital birth spaces. To support you on your journey, I bring over 10 years of extensive experience in bodywork, herbalism, and mindfulness-based somatic counseling.

As a birth worker, I have trained specifically in Spinning Babies and Dynamic Body Balancing to support birthing people and their babies in achieving alignment and ease in their bodies. As a queer practitioner, I am deeply committed to serving gender expansive birthing people and non-traditional families. Your body's wisdom, your choices, and your unique family structure are honored in every interaction.
