About Me

Hi, Im Stacy!  I am the Founder and Lead Practitioner of Rooted Willow Services, Inc. I am a Northern California native raised in the South Bay Area of San Jose and a mother of three amazing humans, two adults and one teenager, as well as a grandmother to five beautiful little humans. I was a young mother and have held a deep love for children for as long as I can remember, even offering childcare from the age of 12. While caregiving has always been part of who I am, it was later in life that I recognized this work as my true calling.

At Rooted Willow Services, we believe the transition into parenthood is not just a series of tasks but a deeply transformative life passage that deserves compassion, clarity, and wholehearted presence. Our approach to care is rooted in partnership, respect, and evidence based support. From pregnancy through postpartum, we honor each family’s unique needs and rhythms by blending practical guidance with emotional attunement so parents feel confident, connected, and truly seen.

We walk beside families rather than prescribing one right way, offering warm presence, empowering education, and steady reassurance that transforms uncertainty into confidence. By supporting the whole family, body, mind, and environment, we create calm spaces for learning, restful transitions into new roles, and strength grounded in knowledge and compassion. Above all, we center autonomy and dignity, empowering families to fully own their journey with confidence and peace of mind.
