Hi, I'm Tessa! Born and raised in San Diego, it is my joy to support birthing families throughout San Diego County with full spectrum doula care. I have a special place in my heart for first-time parents, VBACs, high risk pregnancies, and birthing people of "advanced maternal age" ❤️

My approach is best described as holistic and heart-centered full spectrum doula support. I believe that every birthing person deserves to feel maximally supported, respected, and empowered during their journey into parenthood. I lean on my experience with births both in and out of the hospital, as well as holistic knowledge from my studies in traditional midwifery, yoga, and herbalism to provide integrative care that tends to you as a whole person.

Whether you're navigating your first pregnancy, planning a VBAC, managing a high-risk situation, or welcoming a baby later in life, I'm here to walk alongside you with warmth, knowledge, and unwavering support. You deserve care that honors your unique journey.
