Hello! I'm Tiarra! I'm a trained Doula who specializes in Lactation Education and Counseling, and I'm passionate about supporting families through one of life's most transformative journeys.

I believe as women, our bodies are created to carry on and do this journey. I believe support during a transition like this is extremely vital, and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to have a good support system during such a life-changing experience.

My approach is rooted in honoring your body's innate wisdom while providing you with the education, resources, and compassionate care you need to feel confident and empowered. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, birth, or establishing feeding with your baby, I'm here to walk alongside you with understanding and encouragement.
