Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm a community doula who blends my 20 years of prenatal case and program management experience with direct client support for successful birthing experiences. My philosophy addresses the whole mama/birthing person—not just the pregnancy and birth. I'm committed to addressing your social-emotional needs and engaging supporting family members and loved ones as much as possible, with a deep respect for honoring cultural and indigenous practices.

My approach to prenatal, birth, and postpartum support is rooted in the belief that successful birthing experiences are driven by you, the birthing person (and your partners and families if they are available to provide support), and must always honor your culture and traditions. I'm also skilled at working with doctors and nurses to advocate respectfully for my clients during the prenatal and birthing process, ensuring your voice is heard and your choices are respected.
