About Me

Hi, I'm Tova! I'm a full spectrum doula who believes passionately in providing non-judgmental, trauma-informed support for every outcome. I came to reproductive work through my own personal experiences of loss, diagnosed infertility, birth trauma, and postpartum anxiety. These experiences have informed my work deeply and inspire me to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their own unique reproductive journeys.

My approach is client-centered and client-led. I believe that our bodies carry so much innate wisdom, and as reproductive professionals we should be spending more time listening than talking. All of my experience has taught me that no two experiences are exactly the same. I believe strongly in the wisdom and autonomy of birthing bodies, and I believe that it's not only safe, but vital to put our trust in the clients we are supporting above all else.

I strive to create an experience for my clients in which they feel held, trusted, and respected completely. The reproductive spectrum holds so many thresholds, and no one should have to walk across them alone. My role is to guide and support, to hold the space, but ultimately the journey belongs to you. I work across the full spectrum of reproductive experience, meaning that I am available for support through birth, postpartum, loss, abortion, IVF, and beyond.
