Hi, I'm Ugo! I'm a praying doula living in Palmdale, CA, and the founder of Ibibiase Reproductive Services LLC. I'm certified as a full-spectrum doula, a holistic fertility doula, and a childbirth educator, and with a research background and a deep passion for maternal and reproductive health, I bring substantial training to support your fertility, birth, and postpartum needs. This work is truly my calling.
I'm particularly passionate about helping women reclaim their right to postpartum rest, care, healing, and transition. I experienced a restorative postpartum myself, rooted in my spiritual (Christian), historical (African and US Black midwifery), and traditional practices from my Nigerian parents' ethnic groups (Ibibio and Biase). I draw on these traditions, along with medical anthropological and evidence-based approaches, to help women, couples, and families feel as prepared as possible for birth and postpartum.
I also support women seeking post-abortion care, prayer, and healing. Outside of my work, I love tea, oceans, learning, traveling, time in nature, and spending time with my family.
My philosophy is to transform fear into hope, peace, and strength, walking alongside mothers with compassion and prayer, and guiding them to embrace their reproductive journey with confidence and grace.
I'm here to guide and support your preparations toward exactly what you want, with no judgment. Drawing on my faith, my cultural traditions, and both medical anthropological and evidence-based approaches, I meet each woman, couple, and family right where they are, honoring their values, their wishes, and their unique path.
Overall, my goal is to help you feel confident, peaceful, and strong, supported with compassion, prayer, and grace as you embrace your fertility, birth, and postpartum journey.
