My approach blends evidence-based information with intuitive, body-centered practices. I believe that you already carry deep knowing within you. My role is to help bring that to the surface and walk alongside you with compassion, presence, and care. Whether we’re preparing for a vaginal birth, a cesarean, or exploring the unknowns of labor together, I offer practical tools, emotional grounding, and space to explore what truly matters to you.
I offer childbirth education, birth and cesarean doula support (in-person or virtual), and parenthood preparation sessions. All of my work is rooted in consent, curiosity, and honoring the full spectrum of your experience, body, mind, heart, and spirit.
