I offer childbirth education, birth and cesarean doula support (in-person or virtual), and parenthood preparation sessions. All of my work is rooted in consent, curiosity, and honoring the full spectrum of your experience, body, mind, heart, and spirit.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that each person already carries deep inner wisdom about their body, their baby, and their birth. My role is not to lead, but to support that knowing in coming forward, with care, clarity, and trust. I take a holistic, person-centered approach that blends evidence-based information with intuitive, body-centered practices.
During the prenatal period, I help clients prepare both practically and emotionally, offering education, exploring options (including vaginal and cesarean birth), and creating space for reflection, questions, and informed decision-making.
During birth, I provide steady, grounded support, physical comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy rooted in consent and your preferences. I meet each moment with presence and adaptability, supporting whatever path birth takes while helping you stay connected to yourself and your choices. In the postpartum period, I turn toward integration, recovery, and transition, offering support with healing and emotional processing, and space to reflect on your experience and ease into early parenthood with compassion.
Across every stage, my work is guided by consent, curiosity, and deep respect for the whole person, body, mind, heart, and spirit. I trust the power of birth and each individual's capacity to navigate it in their own way, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
