My name is Vicky, I am originally from Guatemala. I speak Mam, Spanish, and English. My philosophy of prenatal, labor, and postpartum support is based on respect, empathy, and the autonomy of the pregnant person.

Hi, I'm Vicky! I'm originally from Guatemala, and I speak Mam, Spanish, and English. Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is truly my calling.
My support as a doula is rooted in deep respect for each motherhood experience, with the understanding that every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period is unique. My role is not to direct, but to inform, support, and empower each woman and her family at every stage, always honoring her autonomy.
During pregnancy, I offer a safe space where you can learn, express your concerns, and connect with your body and your baby. I provide evidence-based information to support informed decisions, and I help you create a birth plan aligned with your wishes and values.
During labor and delivery, my presence is continuous and focused on your emotional and physical well-being. I offer comfort techniques, breathing exercises, movement, and steady emotional support, always respecting your decisions and adapting to the changes of the process, while working in harmony with your medical team so you feel heard, safe, and supported, the protagonist of your own birth.
In the postpartum period, I provide comprehensive support through the transition to motherhood: physical and emotional recovery, guidance on breastfeeding and non-judgmental feeding, and help strengthening your confidence in your own instincts, while emphasizing the importance of rest and a strong support network. Overall, my goal is for every woman to feel heard, respected, and supported, experiencing her journey with confidence and peace.
