Hi, I'm Yvette! My doula journey has been shaped by a deep passion for nurturing families and honoring the sacred experience of childbirth. For 38 years, I was called upon by family and friends, long before I knew this was my calling. Six years ago, doula advocacy became my profession.

As a doula, I bring a balance of evidence-based knowledge, intuition, and compassion to the families I serve.

I approach every family with an open mind, an open heart, a non-judgmental spirit, and a deeply nurturing way of being. I believe in honoring the sacred experience of childbirth, meeting each person right where they are, and bringing a balance of evidence-based knowledge, intuition, and compassion to all that I do.

I offer continuous emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, and practical guidance before, during, and after birth. Whether through relaxation techniques, breathing practices, or simply being a calming presence, I'm here to steady and support you through every step.

Overall, my goal is always to help parents feel grounded, supported, and cared for, nurtured in body, mind, and heart as they welcome new life.
