About Me
Hi, I'm Zoe! I am a doula, ceremonial facilitator, astrologer, modern-day medicine woman, and mama. I weave a web of care rooted in herbalism, emotional and nervous system support, physical practices to strengthen, sustain, and heal the pregnant, birthing, and postpartum body, family dynamics, as well as community resources and connection. I am honored to serve and support families as they move through the sacred transformation of bringing new life into the world.
My philosophy is grounded above all else. I approach prenatal and postpartum support with deep reverence for the transformation and initiation this process is for families. I seek to be the lighthouse—of warmth, information, and centering practices—and I will always lead moms and families back to their own power, intuition, and sovereignty. I am a space holder. I treat pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as the ceremony it is.
I give my clients a framework to understand physiological pregnancy and postpartum, and I set them up to understand their family's needs and how best to create and rally their village in support. I am very connected with a "village" model of care and fight to build systems to support families who are faced with the hyper-individualism our society pushes. I have seen with many clients—and personally experienced with my own pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—how much harm and isolation comes about from new parents lacking a village who shows up in those most tender and vulnerable moments. I see a vital part of my role as a doula as plugging families into as many resources and community support systems as possible.
This is the work of intergenerational healing, of raising the next generations to know peace, deep respect for existence and needs, and connection that will break cycles of trauma so many are trapped in. I believe the path of birth work is the most fertile ground for the seeds of love and care humanity so desperately needs amidst so much crisis and harm.
