About Me
Hi, I’m Merrisa Arnold Stern, the heart behind Luna Life Doula Services based in the Antelope Valley area (LA County). I am a First Generation American with my family moving to the states from Belize, where my great-grandmother served in the Birthworker World as a Midwife in San Ignacio. With over 16 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and a deep passion for supporting families, I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. My background in Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Lactation Education, and doula services ensures you’re in expert hands. I also work as a Centering Pregnancy (Group Prenatal Facilitator) and my newest role is Maternal Child Health Liaison/Patient Navigator with the BMHCE (Black Maternal Health Center of Excellence) out of Charles Drew University.
