About Me

I am a full-spectrum doula with a strong focus on postpartum care, supporting families as they welcome their new baby and adjust to life together. With training in Spinning Babies® and experience in lactation support, I provide a blend of knowledge, gentle guidance, and hands-on care to nurture both parents and babies.

My approach is both nurturing and empowering. I feel honored and privileged to be welcomed into families’ homes, and I often become a trusted part of their circle during this sacred time. I also believe in the importance of finding the right fit—every family deserves a doula who feels like the right match for their values, needs, and journey.
