Representation and Public Communications
Doulas shall:
- Not speak on behalf of Raya Health, make commitments in Raya's name, or represent themselves as authorized spokespersons without prior written authorization.
- Ensure any public, marketing, or social-media communications referencing Raya, clients, or services are accurate, professional, and respectful, and protect client privacy.
- Refrain from publicly disparaging or making false or misleading statements about Raya Health, its team, its platform, its clients, or its partners.
Concerns, complaints, or disputes should be raised through the internal channels described in Section 12 rather than aired publicly.
