Documentation and Billing Integrity
Because Raya Health bills insurance on behalf of services rendered, accurate records are essential. Doulas shall:
- Document visits, services, and time accurately, completely, and honestly.
- Never falsify, inflate, backdate, or misrepresent any visit, service, hours, or record.
- Submit documentation promptly and in accordance with Raya's processes and timelines.
- Cooperate fully with Raya's billing, credentialing, quality-assurance, and compliance processes.
Falsification of records or billing-related information is considered a serious breach of this Code.
